No evidence for expressing this but it seems to me that when you see TOTP outlined in programmes or parodied or referenced in article-millennium Television set (e.g. I am thinking of a 2005 sequence referred to as Look Around You but I need to admit which was set roughly in that era, and I am aware there are actually other illustrations, just can't
